Step 1: Product Design & Tooling

Step 2: Forming
An extruded or cast sheet is precisely heated, then formed to a mould surface with the assistance of vacuum, pressure, or both. Single or multi-sheet parts are possible, so are inserts, undercuts, and co-extruded substrates. We are constantly pushing the limits because we enjoy exploring new ways to apply this processing technology.
Step 3: 5-Axis CNC Profiling
We employ high-accuracy, 3-dimensional CNC profile trimming to trim all of our products. It's a proven method which ensures accuracy, repeatability and efficiency with every part we produce.
Step 4: Value-Added Assembly
One or more moulded components can be the foundation for a complex sub-assembly which satisfies aesthetic, functional and cost requirements. We have ultimate flexibility to draw on soft materials, metals components, fasteners, even electronics, to create a value-added end products providing time and cost savings downstream.
